Training and development initiatives are educational activities within an organization that are designed to improve the job performance of an individual or group. These programs typically involve advancing a worker's knowledge and skill sets and instilling greater motivation to enhance job performance.
A public awareness and education project is a way to bring a certain issue to the attention of a group of people. This type of project can take many forms, ranging from a poster contest to a fair at a local mall or a program on one of your town's radio or television stations.
Active recreation sites include swimming areas; playgrounds; tot lots; play fields; and tennis and other court game facilities. Active recreation shall not include areas designated for bike riding, hiking, walking and picnicking
